I have seen this stone listed as Sea Sediment Jasper, Imperial Jasper and Regalite. From what I know, it's a man enhanced stone, such as reconstituted Jasper that is stabilized and dyed for a gorgeous and unique stone. Because of the process to make it, it is said to have stabilizing and calming metaphysical properties
