"The Feminine" Rose Quarts Intention Candle:
The scent of this candle is described as "rose quartz". If I had to give a description of its actual scent, it would be rose with an under note of "light floral", like daisy or carnation. Think of walking past a flower garden on a warm, early summer day, and you'd have the scent of this candle. its primary properties, however, would be those of roses.
Rose properties include protection, manifestation of desires, hope, love, luck, and happiness.
How to use an intention candle: Intention candles are used as a focus to help you achieve and manifest your goals. There is no right or wrong way to use an intention candle as long as you are setting an intention or intentions, and using it's light as a focus. The rest is up to you and your practice.
My method includes the following:
Clean your workspace, even if it's a 1 foot by 1 foot table top, a clutter free space aids focus.
Sound or smoke cleanse the area and your tools to spiritually uplift the energy of your space and work.
Place your candle, and surround it with things that connect to your intention. This can be as minimal or extensive as you like and as works for your practice, be it herbs, crystals, pictures or simply a slip of paper or bay leaf with your intention written on them and placed under the candle. Whatever helps you to create a space of focus and connection with your intention is perfect for a manifestation ritual.
Decide how long you will spend in focus on your intention. Even if it's ten minutes per day, this focus and re connection with your goals is beneficial in achieving them. Spend your time focused on your candle's light, allowing it to guide your visualization of the attainment of your goal. Consider how far you've come in your journey towards your intention, as well as the next direction you need to take to achieve your goal. When your time is up, put out your candle and go on to do your now focused work toward your intention.

Self Care Journal:
There is no right or wrong way to journal. A self care journal can act as a reminder and a log for growth. the formation of the habit of journaling acts as a reminder to also form the habit of self care, while itself, being a form of self care. The journal acts, also, as a visual reminder of the struggles, successes, and uplifting moments of your experience, allowing you to see both where you've come from, as well as how far you've come. You can log the inspiring moments as the challenges of your journey, noting where each took your mental state and process, and allowing for self validation, and emotional release. Ask yourself "why?". Why did I act in the way that I did? Why did I feel this way? Why did my patterns form as they have? Write about gratitude. What made you feel good? What are you grateful for? What would you be most grateful for if the situation were ideal? What tools are you grateful to have, or would you be grateful to have the opportunity to have or create, that would help to make the situation ideal going forward? Write about your favorite self care activities, or your favorite ways to spend your personal time. What have you learned you enjoy, or what are you learning to enjoy? Make a self care bucket list. What are things you'd like to do, experience, or work toward that will improve your thoughts about, and relationship with yourself? Include favorite affirmations, a letter of self encouragement, and notes about people, experiences, or events that inspire you. Talk about your goals, and journey, or find a way to use your journal that is entirely your own.
