Adjustable 16-18 inches this is a choker/slightly longer depending on your size. Model (me, Kate) is a size 26, has thyroid swelling issues and 16 inches is a great choker on me.

Adjustable 16-18 inches. Quartz tumble and moons are just slightly over 1/2 inch. Added a photo to show the back of the tumble focal. The back of the setting is hollowed out to counter balance the tumble. Nothing worse than a choker that flips upside down a lot. *eye roll*
