Payments

The Worthy Witch accepts Paypal, Venmo, ShopPay (including ShopPay Installments) Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, GooglePay, ApplePay and Meta Wallet

ShopPay Installments is available on orders over $50 

Shipping

Please please please make sure you have the correct address added when you order. I ship to the exact address you hand me. If a package comes back to me because the address is wrong hence it is undeliverable you will be contacted to correct the address and pay a reshipping fee. If I do not hear back within 7 days I will refund for the items minus initial shipping paid.

Shipping is flat rate $4.95 for orders under $35.

Orders over $35 ship free in the US. 

Your order will be processed in 1-4 business days. 

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week. 

Please feel free to message me if you have any questions on when your order will ship. You are also welcome to leave a note at checkout if you need your order by a certain date.

Your order will ship with a return address of Kate Allen not The Worthy Witch. I try to keep my mailing materials "low key" to prevent mail theft. 

Orders typically ship in poly mailers.

Please note: We care deeply about the environment therefore we reuse packing supplies from our vendors, etc. We only reuse anything that is clean and fragrance-free to prevent allergic reactions. Learn more about our Sustainability promise to Mother Earth here 

Returns

Cancellation for 100% refund is only accepted within 24 hours of payment on any payment method. After this time has passed, there is a chance that your order is already packed to ship.

If you have changed your mind before the order is shipped, I can absolutely refund.. 

If your order is already in transit when you reach out to me to cancel, we will treat the order as a return. Please see my return section for this policy.

If you have changed your mind about something or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss your options. Product can be returned in original unused condition within 14 days of delivery refund (minus shipping paid)

Please ensure that you return your item/items with any original paperwork AND any padding that was included with your item/items. Items that are damaged by shipping back to me without the proper padding will affect your ability to receive a full refund of the product price. 

Consider insuring your return with USPS that way if anything happens in transit back to me your purchase will be covered by USPS (as long as bubble wrap/protective shipping measures were taken). The Worthy Witch is not responsible for missing packages. If the item/items are not received, a refund will not be given.

Refunds are sent using your original payment type for the order. Please refer to their payment/refund scheduling as it will affect how long it takes for you to get the refund. 

The Worthy Witch does not accept returns of custom ordered items.

Oh no! I am so sorry!

I take pride in my craftsmanship and I inspect my work carefully before shipping to ensure the quality is commendable and packaged nicely to reduce the chance of mishaps. But life still happens sometimes and I want to make it right. 

Should you receive a defective product, please snap a picture and send it to me as soon as you can (within 48 hours of delivery). I will be happy to assist you. Please be able to return the item/items within 14 days per my return policy in order to ensure that I can resolve this problem in a timely manner for you

 I ordered the wrong size by mistake!

Contact me and we can chat about an exchange or return for store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping fees for a new package. Please see my return section for instructions on return packaging, tracking numbers, etc.

You sent me the wrong size, this is not what I ordered. 

Well darn, I'm sorry! Please contact me to discuss if you want the correct size shipped out or just prefer to return it. I will cover shipping costs of the return (you will receive an emailed prepaid label to print out) and shipping of the correct item back to you (if that is the option you choose).
